Anti-Spam Policy
We use email only to correspond with people who contact us and with the businesses we work with. This policy explains what we send, what we never send, and how to contact us about unwanted email or misuse of our name or domain.
Our commitment
We do not send unsolicited bulk or commercial email, and we do not allow anyone to send it on our behalf.
What we send
We send email only to:
- Reply to enquiries, quote requests and job applications submitted through our website
- Correspond with our existing customers, partners and suppliers
No purchased, rented or harvested lists
We never buy or rent email addresses, we do not harvest them from websites, directories or social media, and we do not use mailing lists from other companies.
Opting out
Anyone can ask us to stop contacting them by replying to our message or writing to info@asia-pp.com, and we will honour the request promptly.
Our website forms
Messages sent through the contact, quote request and job application forms on this website go only to our own team. We use the email address you enter only to reply to you: the forms do not send email to it or to anyone else, so they cannot be used to send messages to other people.
The forms are also protected against automated abuse. Each one includes a hidden field that visitors never see, and any submission that fills it in, as automated programs do, is discarded. The job application form also limits how many applications can be sent from the same IP address within a short period.
Email authentication
We publish SPF, DKIM and DMARC records for asia-pp.com. They let receiving mail servers check that a message claiming to come from our domain was sent by a server we have authorised and was not altered in transit. Our DMARC policy asks those servers to treat messages that fail these checks as suspicious.
Mail that claims to be from asia-pp.com but fails these checks is not from us.
Reporting abuse or misuse of our name or domain
If you receive unsolicited email that appears to come from us, or believe someone is misusing our name or the asia-pp.com domain, please write to info@asia-pp.com and we will investigate promptly.
Please include the full message headers, not just the sender and subject line, because they show where a message really came from. Most email programs show them through an option such as “Show original” or “View source”.
